Payment Processing and Security

At the Grazono.com payments can be made with Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal. At the Grazono.com we take every precaution to protect our customer’s personal information and to store it securely. We protect your credit card information and other personal information by using 128 Bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology (the industry standard security protocol), hosting our site on secure servers, and maintaining Secure Site status from Equifax. To process your credit card information we use PayPal.com. We require only the personal information that is needed for safely processing your online order and for contacting you about your transactions, if necessary. It is used exclusively for that purpose. Your information is safely stored behind a firewall that protects it from users from other networks. Customers should know that Grazono.com will not pass your information to any other parties nor will we send unwanted sales emails or faxes. E-mail is the primary for communicating with Grazono.com. Your e-mail address is where your invoices, conformations, and any other order information will be sent.

 

Shipping Methods and Policies

Most of the orders that are received by 4:00 pm EST (USPS Priority & USPS Express mail) will be shipped the same day unless notified. Any orders received after, will be shipped the following business day. Since we ship via USPS we are subject to their shipping schedules. Tracking Orders: Tracking information will be send thru PayPal system to customers email. Tracking a package requires USPS to scan the package and upload it into their system before any information is available. This information may not be available until the next business day. USPS provides us only with delivery conformation and we are not able to track those packages. In order to receive tracking information valid email address is necessary.

To Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers, phone orders only (free shipping will not apply for these destinations).

Warranty Information

Grazono.com now offers 30 Days warranty on all of our devices. If your device stops working, simply email us support@grazono.com. If our technical support team isn't able to find a solution for you, we'll be happy to exchange the item for a new one or issue you a refund (originally ordered ID# or invoice# required). Our other products, including cables, chargers, batteries, and etc., are accepted as returns to Grazono.com for the first 14 days after purchase. If a shortage or wrong item should occur you must report any problems within 3 business days of receiving the order, otherwise these orders will be deemed as complete.

Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)

If you receive an order and are dissatisfied with its contents, you may request a return authorization by e-mail (support@grazono.com). When we receive your request, we will respond with the RMA# and with USPS Prepaid Label. Grazono.com has a return policy of 30 days. You must request your RMA within 30 days of the shipping date. Once an RMA number has been issued, we ask that you ship the item back to us within seven days. This (RMA) number must appear on the outside of each package being returned. The (RMA) number is for internal use so we can receive and process each return for credit properly. Returns received without an (RMA) number will be refused or received without credit issued. We do not accept any returned goods without an RMA number. Refusal of shipment when a package is delivered does not constitute a request for an RMA, and refused shipments cannot be refunded fully. Once the returned items have been received, customers can expect a credit onto their card within two weeks. Shipping charges are non-refundable on items returned.

Grazono.com charges a 20% restocking fee on almost all returns. Exceptions to this include defective merchandise (return merchandise is tested upon receipt) and internal errors in shipping. We cannot normally credit original shipping costs, and just as a retail store cannot credit you for gas costs while driving back to their store, Grazono.com can not credit return shipping under any circumstances

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation before shipping is subject to 3.2% cancellation fee.

(Grazono.com), ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, "Grazono.com") BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT Grazono.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT Cell Phones TO GO'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY Grazono.com SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION'S LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT
